There are two types of psychological responses you will want to record from your basketball workouts. The first one is the actual intensity from your basketball workout immediately after finishing your workout, this can be measured using a RPE scale. The second is to measure the stress response from your basketball workout by taking the peer-reviewed stress test Daily Analysis of Life Demands for Athletes (DALDA). Take the test the following morning once your body has had a chance to recover with an overnight sleep. Remember its important to measure your physiological responses as well as your psychological from your basketball workouts. What are your thoughts? Do you agree or disagree?
